There are some interesting design decisions made on these pads. Including this nylon cord binding on the calf wing that sticks out on the sliding edge, which can be seen below in this clip.
Ultimately, this is a pretty interesting evolution of CCM’s famous Eflex line and “softer” style of pad. But some design decisions and quality concerns make it a hard pad to recommend.
