The winning bidder is a goalie by the name of Jerome Veysset who is a pilot for Air France. Jerome flew to Toronto which allowed me to hand deliver the set to him and bring them back to France.

Meeting Jerome was an honour and it was nice to learn there are people who have a bigger goalie gear collection than myself! Jerome was also featured previously in an article on nhl.com about NHL Pride Day and Jerome playing in LGBTQ+ tournaments around North America!

Jerome also was the Ice Hockey Coordinator for the 2018 Gay Games in France! I can’t wait to see this Warrior G5 Pride set in action once the season starts up again, but this time across the Atlantic!
